Do I need to apply sunscreen even if I stay indoors?

What is the difference between physical and chemical sun protection?
Chemical sunscreen takes time to absorb into the skin, so it will take effect 30 minutes after application; physical sunscreen will work immediately after application.
Sunscreen is for sunny days only, right?

Is the highest SPF the best sunscreen?
